Service Scope – The Company will transport customers’ trash and/or recycling bins to the curb for scheduled collection and return them after pickup. We are not responsible for trash collection, bin maintenance, or waste disposal beyond placement for municipal or third-party pickup.

Service Limitations – The Company is not liable for missed collections due to municipal schedule changes, obstructions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible and in good condition for movement.

Subscription & Cancellation – Our service operates on a prepaid subscription basis. Customers will be automatically billed according to their selected plan. Cancellations must be made within the specified window to avoid renewal charges. Refund policies are outlined in our service agreement.

Liability Disclaimer – The Company is not responsible for any damage to trash bins due to normal wear and tear, improper placement by third parties, or external factors. Customers acknowledge that they assume all risks related to bin contents, including potential spills or leaks.

Indemnification – By using our service, customers agree to hold harmless and indemnify Glass City Curb Assistant, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our services.

Policy Updates – The Company reserves the right to update this legal notice and service terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the latest terms and conditions.
