Our Story
In the heart of Toledo, Ohio, everyday challenges often go unnoticed—especially for families, seniors, and those facing mobility challenges. It was out of this observation that our journey began.
David, a proud Army veteran, known for his strong sense of duty and discipline, witnessed firsthand how a simple daily task could become a barrier for many of his neighbors. Alongside him is his spouse, Faye—a lifelong resident of the Toledo area. Faye's deep roots and unwavering commitment to her community have provided unique insights into the challenges local residents face every day. Together, they saw a critical service missing in their hometown: reliable assistance with moving heavy trash and recycling bins on curbside days.
The Birth of Glass City Curb Assistant
David and Faye realized that by combining their strengths—David's service-driven mindset and Faye’s authentic ties and passion for Toledo—they could create a service that not only addressed a practical need but also bolstered the spirit of community care. Thus, Glass City Curb Assistant was born—a business dedicated to making daily life simpler and safer for neighbors.
Their vision is simple: to remove everyday obstacles by providing dependable, friendly, and efficient help. Whether it’s maneuvering trash and recycling bins or addressing other community needs, every service is an extension of their shared commitment to the greater Toledo area.
